U4RIA ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Effective Date: July 01, 2026

U4RIA is committed to making our website and mobile application accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe wellness tools should be usable by as many people as possible, and we work to meet that commitment on an ongoing basis.

1. Our Standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the widely recognized standard for digital accessibility. This applies to our website (u4riahub.com) and, where technically feasible, our mobile application.

2. What We're Doing

We work to support accessibility through measures such as:

Accessibility is not a one-time project for us. As we release new features, we review them against these same standards.

  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images

  • Maintaining sufficient color contrast between text and background

  • Ensuring the site and app can be navigated using a keyboard alone

  • Structuring pages with clear headings and consistent navigation

  • Supporting screen reader compatibility across core flows

  • Providing captions or transcripts for video content where available

  • Testing key features, including sign-up, subscription, and the SOS Wheel, for accessibility as they're built or updated

3. Known Limitations

We're not aware of every barrier that may exist, and some parts of the Services may not yet fully meet this standard. If you encounter a feature or page that's difficult to use with assistive technology, we want to know—see Section 5 below.

4. Compatibility

U4RIA is designed to work with common assistive technologies, including screen readers such as VoiceOver and TalkBack, and standard browser zoom and text-resizing tools. We recommend using the most recent version of your browser or device operating system for the best experience.

5. Feedback and Contact

If you experience any difficulty accessing content or features on U4RIA, or if you have suggestions for how we can improve, please contact us:

Please include the page, feature, or app screen you were using, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, if applicable. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.

6. Ongoing Commitment

We will continue to monitor, test, and improve the accessibility of our Services as technology, standards, and user needs evolve. This statement will be updated to reflect that progress.
