U4RIA CONSUMER HEALTH DATA POLICY

Effective Date: July 01, 2026

This Consumer Health Data Policy ("CHD Policy") supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to personal information that qualifies as "consumer health data" under applicable laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act, Connecticut's Data Privacy Act, and Nevada's SB 370. Capitalized terms used below have the same meaning as in our Privacy Policy.

1. What Counts as Consumer Health Data

Certain information you provide through U4RIA features, such as the SOS Wheel, AI-Tailored pep talks and affirmations, and mood-related inputs, may reveal or reasonably be used to infer information about your mental or emotional wellbeing. Under applicable state laws, this can include:

We do not currently collect, and our app does not request, information about diagnosed medical conditions, prescribed medication, reproductive or sexual health, gender-affirming care, or biometric identifiers. If this changes in the future, we will update this Policy.

  • Behavioral or psychological information related to how you're feeling

  • Inferences drawn from the above, even where not explicitly stated

2. How We Collect Consumer Health Data

  • Directly from you, when you select a mood, feeling, or theme within the SOS Wheel or AI-Tailored feature

  • Automatically, through your use of these features, linked to your account or device user ID (not your name)

5. Your Rights

If you are a resident of Washington, Nevada, or Connecticut, or otherwise protected by a similar consumer health data law, you have the right to:

Connecticut residents additionally have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and certain profiling related to consumer health data, and the right to correct inaccurate information.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@u4riahub.com. We will respond within 45 days of a verifiable request, and may extend this by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary, with notice to you.

Appeals: If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email. If your appeal is unsuccessful, you may file a complaint with your state Attorney General.

  • Know what consumer health data we collect, share, or sell, and request a list of third parties we've shared it with

  • Access the consumer health data we hold about you (Washington residents)

  • Delete your consumer health data

  • Withdraw consent for our collection, use, or sharing of your consumer health data at any time

  • Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights

We may update this CHD Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
