For Dr. Shahideh, the message is clear
The nervous system is remarkably powerful, yet highly sensitive to everyday factors such as stress, oxygenation, posture, nutrition, and movement.
This collaboration bridges clinical insight with accessible wellness strategies, empowering individuals to protect brain health proactively.
How Breathing, Nutrition, and Stress Influence Brain Health
Breathing
Chronic shallow or stress driven breathing increases internal tension and reduces oxygen delivery to the brain.
Nutrition
Consistent, balanced nourishment supports mental clarity, emotional stability, and long term cognitive health.
Stress
U4RIA provides practical tools including guided breathing, grounding exercises, and gentle morning routines to help regulate stress.
Healthy daily habits play a critical role in preserving brain health long before medical care is required.
A Shared Mission to Protect the Nervous System
Care for the brain begins well before the operating room. It starts with how we breathe, how we nourish ourselves, how we rest, and how we manage daily stress.
U4RIA is proud to collaborate with Dr. Mehdi Shahideh in advancing science informed wellness initiatives across Canada.
